Low-IP offers on-demand (pay-as-you-go), monthly subscription, project-based, preloaded credit, and block-hour plans. All plans include access to our remote and on-site support team with no long-term contracts required.
Is there a minimum commitment for IT support?
No. We have month-to-month and on-demand options with no long-term commitment. You only pay for what you use.
What is a block-hours support plan?
A block-hours plan lets you prepurchase a set number of support hours at a discounted rate. Hours are drawn down as you use them, giving you flexibility without a monthly subscription.
Do your support plans include both remote and on-site support?
Yes. All plans include remote support via RustDesk or other secure tools. On-site support is available throughout the Bay Area and can be included in subscription plans or billed separately.
