Pricing FAQ

No setup fees for standard onboarding. If your environment requires significant remediation work before we can manage it effectively, we will quote that separately and clearly before any work begins.

Desktops, laptops, and servers each count as one device. Network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls) is included in all plans at no extra charge. Mobile devices are covered under the Professional and Enterprise plans.

Yes. All plans are month-to-month. We earn your business every month. If you need to pause or cancel, give us 30 days notice and we will handle a clean transition at no penalty.

The Essentials plan covers remote support only. Professional includes up to 4 hours of on-site support per month. Enterprise is fully custom. Additional on-site hours are billed at our standard hourly rate.
