IT Tools & Utilities

A set of free network diagnostics that run in your browser — no install, no account, no signup. Useful for checking a connection before you open a support ticket, and for giving us something concrete to work from when you do.

IP & Network Info

Shows the public IP address your connection presents to the internet, along with the ISP, approximate location and timezone attached to it. Useful for confirming which connection you are actually on, whether a VPN is active, and what a remote service sees when you connect.

Speed Test

Measures round-trip latency (ping) alongside download and upload throughput. For remote desktop, VoIP calls and video conferencing, latency matters more than raw bandwidth — a fast connection with high or unstable ping will still feel slow on all three.

WebRTC Leak Test

WebRTC is a browser feature used by video calling. It can expose the private addresses of your local network to a website even while a VPN is connected. This checks whether your browser is doing that, and whether what it exposes matches the public IP shown above.

DNS Resolver Check

Tests reachability and response time against four public DNS resolvers — Cloudflare, Google, Quad9 and NextDNS. Slow or unreachable DNS is a common cause of “the internet is slow” reports where the connection itself is fine. A blocked result usually means a firewall or filtering policy is intercepting DNS requests.
