Low-IP, LLC operates in full compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) when providing services to medical facilities, dental offices, healthcare providers, and any other covered entities or business associates under HIPAA.

We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with healthcare clients as required. Protected Health Information (PHI) handled in the course of IT services is managed in accordance with HIPAA Security Rule and Privacy Rule requirements, including physical, administrative, and technical safeguards.

5. Suite by Low-IP — Google API Services

Suite by Low-IP (suite.lowip.net) is a business management platform operated by Low-IP, LLC. Suite offers an optional Google integration that allows users to connect their Google account for the following purposes:

• Gmail (gmail.send scope): Send transactional emails — such as invoices, estimates, and payment receipts — on behalf of the authenticated user’s Gmail address. We do not read, index, store, or share any Gmail messages.
• Google Calendar (calendar.events scope): Create and manage calendar events for scheduled jobs and client appointments. We do not read calendar data beyond what the user explicitly creates through Suite.

Data handling: Suite’s use of Google APIs is strictly limited to the actions initiated by the authenticated user. We do not store Google account credentials, email content, or calendar data on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete the requested action. OAuth access tokens are stored securely and used solely to perform the actions described above.

No data sharing: Data obtained through Google APIs is not transferred to, shared with, or used by any third party. It is not used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than the feature the user explicitly invoked.

Revoking access: Users can disconnect their Google account from Suite at any time via Suite Settings. Access can also be revoked directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon revocation, stored tokens are deleted immediately.

Suite’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or disclose your personal information or client data to any third party. This is an absolute policy with no exceptions for marketing, analytics partners, or data brokers.

The only limited exceptions are: (a) when required by law or a valid legal order, in which case we will notify you to the extent permitted; (b) with service subcontractors who are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations and who assist in delivering your contracted services; (c) with your explicit written consent.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. This includes encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), access-controlled systems, private VPN infrastructure for sensitive client environments, and secure credential management practices.

Client infrastructure credentials, network configurations, and sensitive technical data are stored and handled with strict access controls limited to the technical personnel actively engaged in your service delivery.

8. Data Retention

We retain client information for as long as necessary to provide contracted services and meet legal obligations. Upon termination of a service agreement, client data is handled per the terms of that agreement — which may include secure deletion, transfer to the client, or archival per regulatory requirements.
