Replaced aging consumer-grade routers with enterprise Ubiquiti gear across a 3,000 sq ft office. Configured VLANs, guest network isolation, and site-to-site VPN. Downtime: under 2 hours.
CCTV & Access Control — Oakland
Installed a 16-camera IP system with NVR and remote viewing for a property management company. Added keypad access control on 3 entry points with audit log.
Server Migration — Fremont Medical Office
Migrated a medical office from on-premise file server to a private cloud setup with encrypted backups and HIPAA-aligned access controls. Zero data loss.
AI Workflow Automation — East Bay Startup
Deployed a private LLM server and built custom automation pipelines to handle document processing and email triage. Reduced manual processing by ~4 hrs/day.
Structured Cabling — Walnut Creek Office Build-Out
New construction cabling run: 24 Cat6A drops, patch panel, rack build, and fiber uplink to ISP. Tested and certified all runs.
Managed IT — Ongoing Retainer Client
Monthly managed IT for a 12-person professional services firm. Covers patch management, helpdesk L1–L3, endpoint monitoring, and quarterly security reviews.
